In addition, with AI as an important enabler, there has been a shift from healthcare to wellness in recent years, with medical players providing health management services in daily life, while there has also been a shift from wellness to healthcare, with food manufacturers developing products and services aimed at health management and prevention of unwellness. The role of Business Development is to create and promote services and products that will revolutionize the world of healthcare and wellness by leveraging PFN's innovative technologies, data, and knowledge.

• 経営陣、エンジニア・リサーチャーと連携し、技術優位性や市場性を踏まえた新規技術開発方針の策定。
• パートナー企業との知的財産も含めた交渉。

• AIをはじめとする新しい技術への強い関心
• ヘルスケアかウェルネスいずれかの領域における事業企画、サービス企画やその運用の経験
• 自社事業として実施した経験だけでなく、戦略コンサルティングファーム、戦略コンサルタントとしての経験でも可
• 以下要素のうち、複数の経験
• 事業やサービスを企画するための市場動向、競合動向の調査・分析
• 対象市場選定、市場参入戦略の策定
• 事業企画、サービス企画やビジネスモデル設計
• クライアント企業との契約交渉
• パートナー企業の探索、選定
• チームでの課題解決の経験
